About Us
Heritage House is an assisted living facility located in New Brighton, Minnesota, and is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health to provide customized 24-hour care. Our dedicated and highly trained staff specialize in a variety of areas, including mental health, wound care, diabetes management, medication administration, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Socialization activities are offered during every shift to encourage engagement and connection.
We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. To foster social engagement and community involvement, we organize outings two to three times a week, allowing clients to explore and enjoy the local community. At Heritage House, we provide compassionate care focused on the individual needs of each resident, ensuring they live with dignity, respect, and comfort.
At Heritage House, we also prioritize your independence and well-being, offering person-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
