About Us
Heritage House is an assisted living facility located in New Brighton, Minnesota, and is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health to provide customized 24-hour care. Our dedicated and highly trained staff specialize in a variety of areas, including mental health, wound care, diabetes management, medication administration, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Socialization activities are offered during every shift to encourage engagement and connection.

Our Services
24-Hour Assistance
Heritage House has an awake staff on-site 24 hours daily and a nurse at the site or on-call 24 hours daily.
Personalized Assisted Living
Our assisted living is ideal for those who value independence and social connections and want to live in a welcoming and vibrant environment.
Customized Living Services
Heritage House provides various services with the proper care and assistance to accomplish their activities of daily living.
Our Homes Offer
At Heritage House, we provide fully furnished rooms that include a TV, nightstand, dresser, a full-size bed with mattress, and internet/cable. Residents are encouraged to personalize and decorate their rooms to make them feel at home. Our staff is awake and available overnight to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Our homes are also wheelchair accessible to accommodate all mobility needs.
We offer a range of services, including appointment management, advocacy, weekly shopping assistance, and housekeeping. In addition, we provide laundry services and freshly cooked meals three times daily, prepared in accordance with Minnesota’s food code requirements.
